Affiliate Disclosure

What This Means:

Smardenbell.co.uk is a review and comparison website for non-Gamstop bookmakers and casinos. We earn affiliate commissions when you click through our links and sign up with the betting operators we recommend. This means we receive a financial benefit from these referrals.

Our Commitment to Honesty:

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We base our assessments on objective factors including operator legitimacy, user experience, game variety, customer support quality, and withdrawal processes. Our rankings are never "for sale" – we maintain editorial independence regardless of commission structures.

How to Identify Affiliate Links:

Links to betting operators throughout smardenbell.co.uk are affiliate links unless explicitly marked otherwise. You may also see content clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Partner Content" which may contain additional commercial relationships.

Legal Compliance:

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK consumer protection regulations. We are transparent about our commercial relationships as required by law.

Your Responsibility:

We encourage you to conduct your own research before gambling. Please only use licensed, regulated betting operators. Check operator credentials through the UK Gambling Commission. Gamble responsibly and within your means. If you have concerns about gambling, visit www.gambleaware.co.uk or contact the National Problem Gambling Clinic.
